Ramos Gin Fizz

Featuring orange water, gin, fresh citrus, cream, club soda and a whole lot of shaking. Supposed to feature egg white, but I haven’t got the guts to shake up egg white in a cocktail yet. The time will come though, I promise!

Winter drinking

I don’t know quite what went into this tipple from Christmastime. A little gin, a little soda, a little orange juice and cranberry and a squeeze of lime, probably.

Everything tastes good with a mountain!

Gin & Tonic & Orange

4 part Bombay Sapphire East gin

1 part Porter’s Tonic syrup

1 big slice of orange (I used Minneola, a type of tangerine with a suggestive-sounding name)

Combine over ice, top with soda to taste
